By becoming an ACCESS referral partner, you connect to training designed by employers who have committed to hiring graduates of the program. In fact, most graduates get more than one job offer! We partner with you to share the progress of your referred participant and coordinate supports. In partnership, we are both working to ensure high completion rates and entry onto a career pathway that offers family sustaining wages and career growth.
Organizational Benefit:
- To present a new career pathway into an industry that is exciting, ever growing, and sustainable with great pay and benefits.
- To celebrate the successful completion, graduation, and placement of the clients you serve
- To continue to support young adults (18-24), adults (25+), reentry and career changers (any age) find a career path that will support themselves and their families.
Community Benefit:
- To support community members by addressing economic barriers and supporting their achievement of upward mobility
- Aiding in the sustainability of the local workforce economy through long-term careers in manufacturing
- Supporting local community members involved in the justice system reenter the workforce
- Increasing job placement and closing the workforce gap within the manufacturing industry in Cuyahoga County

We make the recruitment & referral process easy by providing our partners with program marketing materials and messaging to promote manufacturing careers to job seekers

Partner Contribution:
- Promote Advanced Manufacturing as a viable career pathway to jobseekers
- Host ACCESS to Manufacturing Careers Information Sessions within your organization and to your clients
- Make client referrals and/or recruit job seekers into the ACCESS to Manufacturing Program
- Attend Quarterly ACCESS to Manufacturing Partner meetings
- Discuss & distribute ACCESS program brochures and marketing materials to job seekers
