TE provides access to a network of more than 300 employment partners in numerous industries – all searching for talent just like you. We offer training and certification courses covering foundational job skills, digital and financial literacy, and industry certifications. We also offer complimentary resources while on your job search, including transportation passes, professional clothing, and other supportive services.

After reaching out to us, A Towards Employment staff member will reach out to you by phone call, text message, or email to learn more about your experience, current situation, and future goals. They will also help answer any questions you might have.
3. Info Session
Join us in-person for a no-commitment info session at our main office in the Saint Clair/Superior neighborhood to learn more about TE and our free career services.
Towards employment's main office is located at 3301 Saint Clair Ave. in Cleveland. We have an open parking lot, as well as an RTA stop directly in front of our building.
4. Sign up with TE
