How TE works for you.
Towards Employment connects people in Cuyahoga County to full-time careers with certifications, training, and connections to services like transportation, uniforms, tools, and more.
There are a couple ways to to get started:
1. Give us a call at (216) 696-5750 or complete our general interest form. A Towards Employment staff member will then reach out to you by phone, text or email to help answer any questions you might have.
2. Join us in-person for a no-commitment TE Info Session to learn more about TE and our free career services at our main office located at 3301 Saint Clair Ave. in Cleveland.
TE's info session is every Tuesday at 12:45pm, and Thursday at 9:45am.
We have parking on site, as well as an RTA stop (RTA Route 1) directly in front of our building.
If Towards Employment can help you with your next steps, you will have the opportunity to sign up with TE after your info session.

Our Training & Certification Programs
Free training & certifications for Manufacturing
ACCESS is your start to a great career in manufacturing! Earn while you learn with our 3-week paid training program. You will learn career readiness, technical skills, and be connected to employers to start, and advance in a manufacturing career.
Construction
TE connects you to training and certifications – at no cost to you – in fields like construction, transit, green infrastructure, broadband, and lead and brownfield remediation, providing supports and coaching every step of the way.
Healthcare
Towards Employment partners with healthcare providers to provide training and job placement to get you started in your healthcare career.
Industry Standard IT Certification
Start your career in IT with foundational training with scheduled classes or self-paced credentialing. TE offers career readiness training, digital literacy training, personalized career coaching, and supportive services to prepare you for a career in IT.
