What is the W.O.W. Initiative?

In 2025, Towards Employment is starting an exciting new initiative aimed at gaining insights from our young adult program graduates about their experiences in the workforce, with a goal of helping employers better understand what a quality workplace means for young people. Members of this initiative will be a part of an Advisory Board titled “World of Work”. You will have an opportunity to create positive change in the workforce so more young adults can advance in their careers. See below for details on what this project entails.
