Towards Employment featured in case study by The Collaborative for Implementation Practice at the UNC School of Social Work
A job is a major milestone, but unmanaged student loan debt can quickly become a barrier to long-term career stability.
Towards Employment is proud to be featured in a new case study by The Collaborative for Implementation Practice at the UNC School of Social Work. This report looks at how we combine career coaching with legal and financial support to help Clevelanders tackle student loan challenges.
The report highlights a critical reality: when student loans go into default, it can lead to taken paychecks (garnishment) or even stop someone from getting a professional license. Our model focuses on catching these issues early, so our participants can protect their hard-earned income and stay focused on their future.
