TE announces newly formed associate board

Cleveland, OH; July 8, 2015 – Towards Employment, a non-profit organization that empowers people to achieve and maintain self-sufficiency through employment, announced six founding officers of the newly formed Towards Employment Young Professional (TEYP) Associate Board. TEYP Associate Board will increase awareness and understanding of the TE mission throughout the community. TE partnered with Engage! Cleveland to create an associate board framework.

Six founding officers will launch the associate board and spearhead additional recruitment of new members. Key associate board functions include development, governance, marketing, and membership. TEYP Associate Board members will build relationships and networks with other young professionals and gain access to important community leaders in a collaborative learning environment. TE is excited to have its workforce development work enhanced by the expertise and knowledge of these local young professionals. The six founding members and officers bring a variety of experience to TE.

•Anna Meyer, Project Manager-Process Facilitation, New Growth Group LLC

•Jessica Whale, Talent Connection Manager, Global Cleveland
