Ronnie is a 2012 grad of Towards Employment, and since his initial work experience, he has worked his way up to senior leadership. As Senior Manager of Community Engagement, Ronnie leads outreach efforts into the community and drives innovative alumni engagement. He is a member of the Greater Cleveland Reentry Coalition and has recently been appointed to the Cuyahoga County Citizen's Advisory Council on Equity.
