Towards Employment is entering an exciting new chapter. After more than two decades of transformational leadership, Jill Rizika is retiring and transitioning from her role as President & CEO. Under her leadership, the organization has grown into a nationally recognized leader in workforce development—serving more than 2,000 individuals annually and helping to shape a more inclusive and effective workforce system.

About the Leadership Role
The next President & CEO will lead Towards Employment into its next chapter—building on 50 years of impact while shaping the future of workforce development in our region and beyond.
This leader will:
- Set and execute a bold strategic vision
- Strengthen partnerships with employers, funders, and community stakeholders
- Advance policy and advocacy efforts
- Ensure continued program excellence and financial sustainability
- Lead a talented, mission-driven team
We are seeking a leader with:
- A track record of executive leadership
- Experience in workforce development, human services, or related fields
- A deep commitment to expanding access to career opportunities
- The ability to drive systems-level impact
