In Memory of Jeff Stupiansky

With 26 years at TE, Jeff served as a case manager, program manager and ultimately Senior Manager, Data Analytics, where he led agency-wide efforts to ensure data integrity, timely and accurate reporting, and use of data for performance management.  Trained as a social worker before taking on the data analytics role, Jeff brought a deep understanding of the needs of our community, which made him a passionate advocate of using data to ensure that our programs had the maximum impact on participants’ lives.  As a supervisor, Jeff was appreciated by his team for his willingness to mentor, train them on new skills and constantly push them to be their best.  As a colleague, his competence and ability to find solutions was admired by all. He was good humored and kind, always willing to talk soccer, and always available to help with anything that was asked of him.  Even before COVID made virtual meetings a norm, Jeff had mastered the ability to stay connected and effective from a virtual office in North Carolina.

The loss of our talented and beloved colleague is incalculable.
