Since 2016, the Annie E. Casey Foundation’s Generation Work initiative has supported efforts to align providers and improve working conditions for young adults in Cuyahoga County. In our April webinar, Jill Rizika, President & CEO of Towards Employment – a lead partner in the Generation Work initiative, will share more about how they integrated a survey about employer practices into their programs. Then we will hear from Michelle Rose, CEO of Greater Cleveland Works, about their workplace quality effort and how they used Generation Work learnings to inform it.
