BLOOM BAKERY ANNOUNCES INCREASED HOURS, NEW REWARDS PROGRAM, AND MENU EXPANSION

After enjoying the successful opening of its first two locations, Bloom Bakery is rolling out a number of exciting changes.

Both the Public Square and Campus District locations will be permanently extending their hours.

The Public Square bakery will now be open until 9:00PM on Fridays, from 7:00AM-9:00PM on Saturdays, and from 7AM-2:00PM on Sundays. The Sunday menu will include Bloom’s full range of breakfast items, including breakfast Bap sandwiches, parfaits with house made granola, toast, jam and butter, and fresh-squeezed orange juice.

The CSU bakery will now be open until 9:00PM Monday thru Friday, from 7:00AM-9:00PM on Saturdays, and from 7AM-2:00PM on Sundays. These increased hours are intended to better accommodate CSU students and faculty who might like to indulge in an early morning pastry before class or camp out for a late-evening study session.

In addition to the extended hours, Bloom Bakery is also launching Bloom Rewards—a rewards program that will allow customers to earn points for each purchase and redeem them for free items such as coffee, pastries, and sandwiches. CSU students and faculty will receive 10% off all future orders for signing up!

Last but not least, two major additions to the Bloom Bakery menu are in the works. Starting this fall, crepes will be available at both locations—made in-house from scratch. The CSU location will also start offering artisan pizza, made with fresh artisan dough and baked in Bloom’s signature stone oven.

“Now that we’ve enjoyed this first chapter of success at Bloom, we’re excited to continue paving the way in the worlds of social entrepreneurship and artisan baking,” said General Manager Logan Fahey. “We’re focused on anticipating our customers’ needs and ensuring that we’re doing everything in our power to provide the best possible experience. Stay tuned for even more great things to come.”
