Calling All Young Professionals!

Towards Employment Young Professionals (TEYP) bring together emerging professionals who are passionate about advancing the mission of Towards Employment. Through networking, volunteerism, fundraising, and community building activities, TEYP members help increase awareness of the organization's work and strengthen support. Members actively engage with one another and the broader community while contributing their skills, energy, and leadership to further TE’s impact.

What is TEYP?

Networking

Great careers are built on great connections. TEYP's networking events bring together ambitious young professionals from across Cleveland for happy hours, meet and greets, and community networking opportunities.

Community Building

Participate in volunteer initiatives such as neighborhood clean-ups, toy drives, and community events like block parties that bring residents together. These activities not only create a positive impact across our neighborhoods but also help raise awareness of TE services, programs, and opportunities.

Fundraising

Support TE's mission while developing valuable leadership and management skills. Through fundraising initiatives and special events, TEYP members help generate resources that sustain and expand TE and the community.
