Move into a Career

We help clients advance beyond entry-level positions by building new skills on the job. 

Our innovative Achieve program partners with select employers to offer on-site training and support services.  The goal is to help entry-level employees move up a career ladder.  The services can include:

  • Workplace skills training including topics such as conflict management, effective communication and team building
  • One on one job coaching, life skills counseling and support to address the underlying reasons for poor performance or high absenteeism
  • Supportive services such as child care, credit counseling, GED program start-up and legal services
  • Training for supervisors so they can better support and motivate entry-level staff
