Partnerships

At Towards Employment, we seek partnerships that help low-income, disadvantaged Clevelanders move from poverty to paycheck.

Complex problems require comprehensive solutions. We have a history of forging innovative partnerships with other community organizations that specialize in complementary services for a more holistic approach. Partners specializing in financial literacy, substance abuse prevention, child support, and GED/ABLE bring their expertise to our workshop participants. Strong referral networks for housing, mental health and health care bring additional resources to ensure sufficient stability for employment success.

We also bring our job readiness and support services to other partners, such as transitional or public housing residents and students in training at Cuyahoga Community College or other technical training providers.
