
Towards Employment invests in people working to build new employment skills and become self-sufficient. Our training, case management and supportive services are designed to address the root causes of any barriers to employment and open doors to new opportunities. We build relationships with employers, who, based on our track record and quality of on-going retention services, are willing to hire individuals they might not otherwise have considered. Once that door is opened, our program graduates consistently perform, with 75 – 80% retaining their jobs for at least 90 days, the period of greatest instability among most entry-level positions.
With a staff of 40, Towards Employment serves more than 4,000
low-income Greater Cleveland residents each year and has served more than 90,000 individuals since our inception.
