Our 30 years of experience confirms that individuals need the skills to manage their life outside of work in order to be successful at work. At Towards Employment, we build skills to succeed on both levels.
Towards Employment offers free legal services to clients with legal issues that are a barrier to them starting or keeping a job. Any current or past client of Towards Employment has access to one-on-one and group counseling, support with court appearances, and full legal representation. In addition, we provide legal services, on a contract basis, to City of Cleveland Workforce Investment Act program participants and other groups, when requested.
