
Job Search and Placement starts with workshops on job search skills and techniques, and continues with assistance in finding a job, Supportive Services, case management, referral to other community resources and job retention support for up to one year. Softskills training, e.g., communication, time management, and problem solving as well as Lifeskills training, e.g., managing work-life balance, financial literacy, and accessing community resources, are critical components of our programs. Our 30 years of experience tells us that individuals need the skills to manage their life outside of work in order to be successful at work. We help participants build skills to succeed on both of these levels.
